Its the day before everybody’s favorite holiday and presents still have to be wrapped. Some gifts still have to be purchased, but that’s neither here nor there lol. In the midst of partying for the holidays, we tend to want to look our best. Most people want to glitter in the light or step out in the finest furs. Over time I’ve grown to appreciate some pieces that I would have overlooked a long time ago like turtlenecks and high-waisted jeans. The main piece that I adore more than ever is a wrap dress.
I love how it accentuates your waist without having to do much. Doing this slims you in a matter of seconds when you tie or fasten the dress. Once you wrap up, the A-line skirt lays right on the hips which enhances your curves instantly giving an outline of the letter A. Even if you don’t have as many curves as the next, this dress is still perfect for you because it will add more curves with the A-line cut of the skirt of the dress.
When it comes to wearing a wrap dress, who doesn’t love the V-neckline it creates once you wrap yourself up. The neckline ultimately completes the dress because it determines how sexy or modest you want to be. It sets the tone of the entire dress. This dress, in particular, is giving a lot with the length of the skirt, but not giving it all away with the cut of the neckline. A happy medium.
Don’t think that this dress is for a certain age range. This style looks good on EVERYBODY! No matter your shape, age, or the occasion this dress is it. Wear those sneakers and denim jacket with it on the weekend or those heels/boots that elongate your entire frame. Play around with different prints and fabrics that are offered in this style. You may end up finding your new favorite dress!
