How long has it been since you have been on a vacation? For me, I haven’t left the house in what seems liked like forever. BUT my time has officially begun. My family and are packing our bags and going on a well-needed vacation.
I am more than ready to step on that plane and live my best life for the next week. I will be taking in the sun and all the drinks I can. We deserve it after working nonstop. There’s no need to even think about reaching the point of burnout. We know it’s time to give ourselves a break and wind down. Even though my father will be working, he will get some time to have his fun too.
Most of the clothes I’ll be bringing with me were featured in the two hauls I did prior to this post. Have I packed? NOPE! I’m still putting a few lewks together, but don’t fret I am more than prepared. I just have to get everything in the suitcase. Let’s just pray that after I do it doesn’t go over 50lbs.
I have already warned my family that I will be two things on this trip: basically naked and respectfully drunk. I think it’s the most appropriate mood to have when you go anywhere on vacation. Now I have a question for you…Will you be taking a vacation anytime soon? Doesn’t matter if you catch a flight, take a road trip, or have a staycation, TAKE YOUR TRIP AS SOON AS YOU CAN. We’ve all been through a lot and honestly, we deserve a break. So no matter how you plan to relax with friends or family do it. Take that PTO and GO!
