#GetDressedWithSOACG Week Five

Ayyyyyye look at us! We made it to the end of the challenge and into the new year! Cheers to that. Happy New Year everybody! I hope that last night you were able to bring in 2021 with your family and friends safely. What did I wear and do? We’ll get that later in today’s post. For right now, let’s start where we left off last Friday.

Christmas day I stayed in my PJs all day. I didn’t have plans to make any moves outside of my house, so I was serving Guitar Hero and belly while enjoying some good food and my new toys birdman hand rub

Saturday I made deliveries to a customer and visited my friend for a minute. Legging and an oversized sweater were chef’s kiss this day.

Sunday, I wore one of my gifts (the pink sweater) and some jeans.

Monday, I reminded yall that Black girls are lit.

Tuesday, I pulled out my favorite sweater dress. It’s short and flirty. I’ve been wanting to wear this dress all month. Glad I pulled it off in and outside the house.

Wednesday, I wore another oversized sweater, but this one had pockets! Pockets honestly make everything better. Don’t you agree?

And to end this month off with a bang I wore a deep v polka dot top from Pretty Little Thing and my black ruffle pants. I had a whole different look in mind earlier in the day, but once I put it on I knew it was going to be doing too much lol. I’m glad that at the end of the day I had on the perfect fit. I’ve worn these two pieces plenty of times but never together. This was the best fit to end the year in. Dramatic and all!

What has this challenge taught me? Appreciate what you have, I need more pants outside of my jeans, dresses are IT for me (but we already knew that), and most importantly, I slay in whatever I put on. I make everything hit differently. Also, our newest piece Domanique is now available in the shop! Check her out today.

Enjoy the first day of 2021 my loves
Be safe and see you in the next one!

Xoxo, Jonice 💕
