As much as I hated turtlenecks when I was younger, I’ve grown to love them….slightly. I’ve always & I mean always waned a turtleneck top without sleeves. I finally got my hands on one from Rebdolls. It’s so basic, but so much can be done with this piece. Wear it with jeans, a skirt, or even over a jumpsuit. Layering will be key ASAP! Yesterday, the wind was unnecessary and harsh. So prepare to wrap up & schlay!!
