Let me bring you into my world. Where creativity and passion meet. This rebrand means the world to me. It’s not just a new look to the website or a new logo, its more about the growth that we’ve been making for over 10 years. We’re no longer accepting the barest of bare when it comes to your curves. And it truly starts here.
I’ve worn both of these pieces for a month just to see what the response would be like. Just because I love it doesn’t mean that you, our supporters, would be on the same page. But I’m so glad that we are.
Our Blink tops came to mind when I saw a top similar to it on the internet, and I wanted one for myself, but I couldn’t find a website that would let me. So I took matters into my own hands. I made it and wore it on Valentine’s Day. During the day, I ran a few errands before heading to one of my favorite bars to enjoy a few drinks and people watch.
While I was out, I had a few people stop to read my top, take pics, or even say, “Trust me, I’m blinking.” The response was exactly what I expected. I wore it again to a game, and the responses were even better. I kiki’d with a group of women who were sitting next to me, and even a few people who worked there got a laugh and blinked my way. Then, after posting it on IG, people from my community asked where they could get the top, so I thought to myself, why deprive people of what they want?
The same thing happened when I posted our sweatsuit with the new logo. What I love most about it is the fact that it’s embroidered. Having the opportunity to bring my ideas to life in the studio with the heat press and Cricut is one thing, but this, this isn’t budging. No matter how many times you wear it, the logos are here to stay.
So the question still remains, when can you get your very own? Well, the wait is officially over. Both pieces will be available to purchase tomorrow, April 30th, until May 10th. Is this the official relaunch? No. More like a soft opening, so you can get a look at what I’ve been working on.
