*steps to the mic* I have something to say……

What do you say when there’s nothing to say? Yeah I know what I said just hear me out lol I’ve been sitting here for the past two hours trying to figure out what I should say. It’s been two weeks since I released a new blog post (I know I’m sorry) My clean clothes have been waiting to be folded and put away, but what am I doing? Oh, you know just, sitting here watching this new show on Netflix, all while trying to make something out of nothing.

When I usually have writer’s block, I look for inspiration in anything. I tend to find some in movies, TV shows, the weather, you name it. But today hasn’t been the best. It’s been humid and raining on and off all day. Such a blaaahh kind of day, so here we are.

Since we’re all here, you want to know what was bothering me last week? Facebook and Instagram reminded me that I was at CurvyCon for the first time last year. If COVID didn’t exist I would have been right back in New York having a great time. Am I missing out on amazing shows and new connections? Yes, but ehhh we’ve all missed something we had planned. This too shall pass tho. There will always be another CurvyCon, happy hours, and plenty of trips to take in the future. But if you are taking trips and easing your way back out (I encourage it, but God gave you common sense, use it and your mask) please be as safe as possible. COVID is still here. Remember that!

Okay one last thing. Someone on Twitter pointed out that our new normal is to live during a pandemic. No trying to figure out how to stop it, but we’re supposed to continue with our lives until “it goes away.” If I had it my way I would love for them to shut everything down, but here I am in phase 3. Who would have thought we would be this deep in the Coronavirus hole? After hearing, T*ump’s conversation about how bad he KNEW from the jump about how serious it is but continued to downplay it like its a common cold has me UPSET!

Enough about this pandemic and this cheeto, the latest blog post was about a new arrival. I’m happy to say that we have more goods coming your way. I know for a fact that the latest piece will go FAST!

I need to know one thing….do you like ribbed knit anything?
