We’re a week into July. How are we feeling?
At the beginning of each month, I tend to set goals to accomplish by the end. If I don’t, I run the ones that are more of a priority into the following month. June was a success as we all know, and now its time to add fuel to it. Some of my goals include releasing some new merch and having some new arrivals here and there. I fell off the “working out more” wagon, but my cousins and I have started working out and holding each other accountable every day. Some days I don’t want to do it because the workout kicks my @$$. The soreness and the energy I have afterward though makes me feel good and is the motivation to keep going.
Another goal I have it to give Keto a try. I’ve seen some amazing results and have done some research, so here I am lol. I purchased a keto cookbook a few weeks ago so I can have a guide on what to get the next time I go grocery shopping. I know it won’t be easy, but I’m going to do it. Just like sticking to the workouts, I’ll make sure I put just as much effort into Keto.
I almost forgot to tell yall that I’m a gardener now! It all started when I went to home depot and picked up some cucumber seeds off a whim to see if they would actually grow. The minute I saw them sprouting I got a few more plants and seeds and have officially started a garden in my yard. Tending to the garden has given me a chance to get off social media for a min and put that energy I would use to scroll to something that I can see flourish. I give updates on my IG story every time there is something new showing off lol. You would think I was a kid in a candy store the way I act every time I go out there and see something growing. If this pandemic hasn’t taught me anything it has shown me that I can expand my talents across the board.
What are some of your goals for this month? Do you have someone holding you accountable? How has quarantine been treating you? Have you picked up any new skills? If not give something a try, you might surprise yourself.
LET’S GET TO WORK!!!
As always continue to be safe
WEAR A MASK + enjoy your weekend
