Treat Yo Self: Xavier Omär 

Have you ever just felt the need to go out and do something by yourself, but for yourself? As you know, I’m still on this journey of treating myself till the clock strikes twelve at the end of 2017. So far I’m doing pretty good!

July was amazing because I purchased my first car, BB! She is everything I could have asked for and I’m proud of myself for doing it by myself! I guess you can say that was a big girl move. *pats myself on the back*

When it came to planning my moves for this month, I honestly I had no idea what I was going to do. Everyone is either going to back to school or getting ready for vacations they’ve been planning for months. Hopefully I’ll be able to take a quick vacay real soon to somebody’s beach or back home.

Anywho, I was scrolling on twitter minding my business and I see Xavier Omär post a tweet about a tour. I immediately clicked the link to see if he was going to be in the area and HE WAS! At first I hesitated because it wasn’t his concert :(. I let months go by before I decided to see this man sang his heart out. In the moment I didn’t care that he was the opening act. I just knew that I finally was able to see him live.

Now that I have the tickets in my hand I was wondering what was I going to wear that night. Low and behold I was on break and walking through the mall knowing I wasn’t suppose to lol. I step into Zara expecting not to find anything in my size, but I would peak around and see what they’re about. When I tell you I found everything in my size and on sale! I could have danced around that entire store and fitting room.

This strappy dress fits like a G L O V E!

Ain’t nothing like having a plain dress like this one. It gives you many opportunities to wear it casual or dressy.  A simple jacket, a few accessories, and the right shoes can have you looking and feeling good! I can tell you that I will definitely be getting a few more dresses like this style from Zara and all over. Its like having a LBD, you can never go wrong.

Let’s just say that Zara has a new customer that’s ready for the sales and what they have to offer for the fall!

The highlight of my night? I GOT TO MEET XAVIER 😍 He has such an amazing spirit and you can feel it when you hear him sing and when you get hugs from him.

I truly enjoyed myself that night even though I didn’t stay to see Little Dragon perform. I’m sure they did amazing, but I saw who I wanted and was on cloud 9 after this picture.
